About Words of Life Teaching Ministries

Our goal is to fulfill the Great Commission of Christ, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations” Mat 28:19. "Words of Life Teaching Ministry'' was formed to provide a Christian Teaching Ministry that uses seminars, publication, media, and a church structure to teach the un-compromised word of God to the body of Christ. The overall ministry purpose is to help the members of the body of Christ actually live the "abundant life" that God has promised us in the bible. The founder, Timothy M. Williams, is an ordained minister of the gospel with the gifting to lead, administrate, write, and teach. The ministry has the goal to promote and provide teaching that helps members of the body of Christ accomplish the following: 1) Heart Based (Spiritual) relationship with God 2) Spirit Led Life with the demonstration of power, and 3) Spirit Led Service (Ministry) with the demonstration of power. These are essential to living the abundant Christian life and to this end the ministry has been involved in and plans the following activities:

Current Ministry:

Christian Training Seminars: The ministry performs 6-12 teaching seminars each year. These seminars are offered to the community at minimum to no cost to the attendants and are funded primarily by "Words of Life Teaching Ministry.” They are held at local churches and/or public facilities.  They are provided to churches, small groups, Christian clubs, bible study groups, or family gatherings. How to hear the Voice of God, Believing God for Money, Freedom through Forgiveness, and The Life Workshop are the primary seminars provided to the Augusta, Georgia community.

Weekly Bible Training Class:  The weekly training class is held every Tuesday night at the Columbia County Performing Arts Center in Evans, Georgia.  Similar to most weekly bible classes, it is designed to provide a forum for consistent teaching to the participants.  However, different from many weekly bible classes, this class is held in a class room environment where participants can ask questions and interact with the teacher.  There are opportunities to address the specific needs of the participants and the participants can request teaching on topics that they feel they have need for.  The goal is not just to preach the word of God to the participants, but to actually train them how to use the word of God to overcome challenges they may experience in their every day life.

Radio Ministry: The ministry supports the "Words of Life" radio program in the Augusta community. The program focuses on providing sound biblical teaching that will help the viewer live an abundant Christian life.  The program airs Monday through Friday at 11:45am and Sunday at 3 pm eastern time on WSGF-AM 1340.  Teaching subjects include What Faith Is, How to Doubt the Devil and Keep your Faith In God, Believing God for Money, The Ministry of the Holy Spirit, How to Forgive, What Faith Can Do, The Role of Women in the Church:  Not Tradition but the Truth, and many more.

Future Ministry:

Television Ministry: The ministry plans to support a "Words of Life" television program. The program will focus on providing sound biblical teaching that will help the viewer live an abundant Christian life. There is currently not a timing or specific plan for accomplishing this goal. As the ministry is established in the community and the need is identified then a plan and timing will be developed.

Media Publication: The ministry plans to publish all forms of teaching media. Books, tapes, CDs, and videos will be produced and provided to the body of Christ. Some will be sold to support other ministry activities but many will be given away to help meet the ministries overall purpose. The plan is to distribute this media locally initially and then nationally.

Church Ministry: It is the plan of "Words of Life Teaching Ministry" to establish a church in the local community. The church will focus its activities on the overall ministry purpose. There is currently not a timing or specific plan for accomplishing this goal. As the ministry is established in the community and the need is identified then a plan and timing will be developed.
